I love flavored coffee, and, since you’re here, I’m betting you do too!
I didn’t always love coffee though. From the time I was little, I hated coffee. Hated it! I hated even using a coffee cup that had been used for coffee, even though it was clean, for drinking water because I could still taste the faint flavor of COFFEE. My parents are heavy coffee drinkers and so is my brother, but for some reason, I had this big aversion to it, even after I graduated high school and got married.
So what caused me to cross over to the dark side (with cream and sugar…..lots)? I started working at my brother’s espresso stand.
It took me awhile, but after trying some blended drinks, I finally got hooked. I started out only adding 1 shot in a 16oz drink, but now? I graduated to loving 2 shots. Black coffee is still not my thing, but I love flavored iced coffee drinks and frappuccinos.
I make a lot of frappuccinos and iced coffee drinks here at home with the ingredients I have on hand. I thought it would be fun to share my homemade coffee recipes as an affordable alternative to visiting the coffee shop.
These recipes are just as good or better than many of the coffee shops out there, in my opinion, and I hope you think so too! (I know that’s a bold statement(no pun intended 😉 )
I hope you love these recipes and rate them once you’ve tried them!
